Sunday

Striking Camp
Patrols are expected to strike the following aspects of camp before flag break: - Altar fire (dismantled) - Ashes (disposed of appropriately) - Unused firewood (removed from site or stowed in store tent) - Wood pile covering (returned to store tent) - Chopping area (dismantled) From 12.30 (or sooner if advised that all inspections have taken place), Patrols should strike other aspects of camp (tents, personal kit, kitchen equipment, food etc.) and stack equipment in a neat pile just outside the site boundary. The site boundary string and number tag should be left in place and will be removed by the camp staff.
Final Site Inspection
Patrols are expected to have fully struck camp and stacked all of their equipment in a neat pile just outside their site boundary by 14.15. At this time, a final site inspection will take place to look for evidence of a camp having taken place (i.e. litter, natural waste, or indeed kit still being in place), with points being deducted for each item discovered. Patrols may elect to have this inspection undertaken early, with bonus marks awarded to Patrols who declare themselves ready for final site inspection before 14.00.
Adult Assistance
Patrols must remain self-sufficient until the final site inspection is completed. As each inspection is completed, camp staff in the car park will inform adults associated with the Patrol that they may proceed onto the camping field to help carry kit, or load/push trailers.
Vehicles
Vehicles are not allowed onto the camping field. Camp staff will issue instructions to drivers on arrival to optimise use of the car park.
Presentation
The presentation is scheduled to start at 15.00 and last approximately 45 minutes.
Results
An envelope will be handed out at the presentation. In this envelope you will find a copy of the score sheet showing all the teams scores and all certificates. A full breakdown of results including Judges comments will be emailed out a few days after the event to the email addresses registered upon entry.
